They told you your body couldn’t.

They were wrong!

The VBAC Space is for women who refuse to let one birth write the story of the next.

It’s a private community, a plan, and a woman, who’s done it herself, guiding you every step of the way. So when the moment comes, you’re not scared, not second-guessing, not outnumbered in the room.

You’re Ready!

I didn’t build this because VBAC is trendy.

I built it because you shouldn’t have to prepare alone.

Meet Katherine

My name is Katherine Stephens. I'm a doula, childbirth educator, and VBAC coach — but honestly, more relevant than any of that is this: I've had six babies. I've had two cesareans. I know what it feels like to grieve a birth, to process what happened in your body, and to wonder if the next time will be any different. I’ve also had 4 VBA2Cs and I know how redeeming it is have a birth experience full of autonomy.

I've supported dozens of women through this exact journey — not just in the birth room, but in all the messy middle months before it. The appointments that didn't go how you hoped. The providers who said one thing and meant another. The hours you've spent reading and researching and still going to bed unsure.

I built The VBAC Space because I kept seeing the same thing: women who weren't lacking information. They’re trying to sort through conflicting advice, vague provider answers, fear-based messaging, and their own very real emotions… and somehow still be expected to make calm, confident decisions.

That’s a lot.

The VBAC Space exists because you should not have to do that by yourself.

You've done the work

I know you've spent hours trying to figure this out all on your own.

Maybe you’ve already done everything “right.”

✅ You’ve researched.

✅ You’ve asked questions.

✅ You’ve listened to birth stories.

✅ You’ve followed VBAC accounts.

✅ You’ve gone down every rabbit hole imaginable.

And still…

→ You’re not fully sure what to do with your provider.

→ You’re not sure which red flags matter and which ones don’t.

→ You’re not sure how to respond when someone throws out fear, pressure, or “policy.”

→ You’re not sure if your plan is actually solid or if it’ll fall apart the second things get uncomfortable.

That doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means information alone can only take you so far.

At some point, what you really need is a place to ask:

“Okay… but what does this mean for me?”

This is where most moms get stuck.

🚫 Not because you’re lazy.

🚫 Not because you haven’t cared enough.

🚫 Not because you need to consume more content.

You’re stuck because no one has helped you bridge the gap between knowing things and feeling ready to walk them out.

HERE’S WHAT IS ACTUALLY MISSING

More information is not going to help you feel ready.

WHAT DOESN’T GET YOU THERE:

❌ Reading for hours but having no one to process it with

❌ Generic VBAC content that doesn't know your scar type, your provider, or your history

❌ Facebook groups where half the advice contradicts the other half

❌ Knowing the statistics but still not knowing what to say in your next appointment

❌ Feeling confident about VBAC in theory but terrified in practice

WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES THINGS:

✓ A structured framework that helps you apply what you've learned to your specific situation

✓ Live support from someone who knows VBAC deeply and can answer your actual questions

✓ A community of women at the same stage, doing the same work — not strangers giving opinions

✓ Practicing how to have hard conversations with your provider before you're in the room

✓ Knowing your plan, not just knowing the options

There's a real difference between understanding VBAC and being prepared for your VBAC. The first is something you can do alone, on your phone, at any hour. The second requires someone to help you bridge the gap. It requires asking your specific questions, in real time, and getting answers that actually account for your situation.

This is not just a content library or a giant Facebook group full of noise.

It is not one of those spaces where everybody says “you’ve got this mama” but no one actually helps you think through your situation.

Inside The VBAC Space, you’ll have a place to:

✨ ask your real questions

✨ get support around provider conversations

✨ work through fear and second-guessing

✨ understand your options more clearly

✨ build a plan that actually fits your life and your birth

✨ stay grounded as your due date gets closer

This is where information turns into implementation.

Stop consuming.

Start preparing.

The VBAC Space.

A private community for women who want to feel confident in their body, clear in their decisions, and prepared to advocate for themselves.

"This is a place where the information you already have finally starts to mean something."

What Makes This Different

There are plenty of places to learn about VBAC, but very few places help you actually walk it out.

The VBAC Space is different because it’s built around support and implementation, not just information.

01

Live, real-time support

Weekly calls with Katherine — not a recorded Q&A from six months ago. This is where you bring your real questions. Your provider concerns. Your fears. Your scenarios. Your “I don’t know what to do with this” moments. You don’t have to sit alone with those.

02

VBAC Without Regrets

My private audio VBAC course that walks you through what you actually need to know to prepare for a VBAC in a way that is easy to digest.

We will even discuss module topics weekly to individualize it to your situation!

03

VBAC is understood here

You won't have to explain your situation from scratch. This is a space full of women who actually get it. Women navigating VBAC after cesarean, not random opinions from people who don’t understand the emotional weight of this journey.

04

Practical Application

Everything inside is designed to help you figure out what applies to you — not just understand the landscape in general. Not just more content to sit on a shelf. Tools and support that help you think, process, and make decisions with more confidence.

What's inside

Everything you get as a member

There's a lot of value in here. But the most important thing isn't the content — it's what happens when you have the right support while you work through it.

VBAC Without Regrets — Private Podcast Course

12 weeks of structured, bite-sized education delivered to a private podcast feed. Built for real life — you can listen while you drive, fold laundry, or lie awake at 2am. This is the curriculum that organizes everything you've been trying to piece together on your own.

🎧

Founding Round Only

Weekly Live Calls with Katherine

This is the part most communities skip. Every week, you can show up and ask your actual questions — about your scar, your provider's recommendation, your birth plan, your fear. Not to a thread that might get answered in 48 hours. Live, in real time, by someone who knows this topic deeply

📞

Ongoing Community Support

A private space where you can ask questions between calls, share what came up at your last appointment, and hear from other women navigating the same decisions. Not a Facebook group. A real, focused, VBAC-specific community.

🤝

Course Workbook

The companion workbook that helps you apply each module to your own situation — your history, your provider, your specific questions. This is where "I understand this" becomes "here's what I'm going to do."

📋

THE SHIFT

What changes when you actually have support

When you join The VBAC Space, I don’t want you leaving with just more knowledge. I want you leaving more steady. More clear. More able to trust yourself. I want you to feel more prepared for the conversations, decisions, and moments that used to make you spiral.

Because the transformation here is not just about “learning VBAC stuff.”

Before The VBAC Space:

  • Overwhelmed by all the conflicting information

  • Unsure what applies to your situation

  • Second-guessing providers, decisions, your own instincts

  • Afraid of freezing in the moment and just going along with it

  • Worried this birth will slip out of your hands too

  • Doing this largely alone, even when people around you are trying to help

After The VBAC Space:

  • Able to have hard conversations with your provider without shutting down

  • Know what to say when you're pressured, questioned, or second-guessed

  • Have an actual plan — not just a general understanding

  • Walking into birth prepared, not just hopeful

  • Supported by women who understand exactly what you're navigating

That’s the shift.

Not perfection. Not controlling every outcome.

But walking into this birth feeling informed, supported, and deeply connected to your own decision-making.
