What Is A Fresh 48 or Coming Home Session?

Fresh 48 photography is a special session for new families who want the first few hours of their newborn’s life captured without having the entire labor or birth documented. These lifestyle sessions are perfect for remembering that first or second day forever.

A Coming Home Session captures each moment as you bring your baby into your home. It captures family meeting them for the first time as well as all of the details.

These sessions are held within the first 24-48 hours of your baby’s life.

Shots of your little one’s first yawns, fingers, belly, feet, nose and more adorable features will be documented. I am also able to capture family members meeting baby, feedings, diaper changes and those quiet moments between you and your new little one. This session is not your ordinary newborn session as I do not wrap or pose your baby. This will just be me capturing your baby’s sweet first moments in a fresh and natural way!
